At HomeBodies, it is extremely important that we are providing the highest quality personal training services possible. In keeping with our long history of success, we ask that clients participate in this brief survey to help us identify areas of opportunity in which we can further advance our personal services for your needs. Please fill out the survey as openly and honesty as you can. Please note that any comments, suggestions or complaints you may have will be communicated to your Homebodies trainer in a kind and constructive manner.

Is your trainer using your time effectively?  (i.e., Does your trainer come fully prepared for each workout session?  Is small talk kept to a minimum?)
