Personal Training with Weight Loss Classes
This year, we are introducing a new service. HomeBodies Weight Management Coach, Meredith Riley Stewart, will be leading a brand new series of weight loss classes. Unlike a typical weight loss class, you can participate in Meredith's class from the privacy of your own home. Meredith will be teaching all the information she knows on weight loss via teleseminars, which are participated in via phone with other area people also interested in losing weight.

NYC Weight Loss Seminar
Looking for a weight loss class tailored to your specific needs? HomeBodies is proud to offer our telephone and web-based, educational 12 week class. Our class not only changes how you think about food, by following her program, you also change the composition of your body.
The class provides training on low-glycemic eating. This is a nutritionally sound weight loss class that covers every element needed in your pursuit of weight loss and health. It is so much more than your typical list of "what to eat" and "what not to eat." Her class focuses on teaching you to make healthy choices while still eating the diverse diet you already know and love.
Meredith is a weight loss specialist. She believes "you never stop learning in order to provide greater growth opportunity to your clients." She is also a personal trainer, familiar with going from home-to-home to meet with clients. She has been extensively trained in Pilates, Yoga and strength training, both with or without machines.
The teleseminars will be one hour a week on Monday nights for 12 weeks

In this three month class you will learn about body composition and how to change the food you eat to gain strength and health. We also customize and suggest certain Nutraceutical Supplementations to stoke your metabolism and prevent the plateau effect.

Personal Trainer, Jill
Jill has been a fitness professional for over fifteen years. Jill has worked with a wide variety including senior citizens, pregnant women and persons requiring post rehabilitation or improvement with muscle imbalances.
Jill has been creative in devising customized workouts based on the client's specific needs and fitness goals. Her programs consist of traditional and functional training methods.
Jill also holds certifications from NSCA and NASM. Jill enjoys yoga and incorporates aspects of these lessons in her workouts.
