Personal Training at Gyms

Of course, not everyone considers training at a home a benefit. The best place to train is the place that conveniently fits into your schedule. Many of our clients opt to meet with our trainers at the gym in their apartment building, or their local fitness center. Not only can we customize how you workout, we can customize where you workout too.

Training at your gym will typically offer you more equipment choices, the option of attending classes, and an exercise routine that can be varied greatly. If you wish to meet us at a gym during the week, and at home on the weekends, we can do that too.  Our only goal is your success.

Female Personal Training

You may feel more comfortable with a female personal trainer, and we are only too happy to oblige.

Our female trainers can do everything from strength training to Pilates, yoga and the most intense aerobic and cardio training you can imagine.

Not only do you have the option of choosing your trainer, you may also rotate trainers as often as you like. Like your exercise routine, variation contributes to success.
Male Personal Training

Of course, our guys are just as qualified to get you the promised land of improved health and fitness through exercise. HomeBodies has one of the toughest educational and experience qualifications for a personal trainer in New York City and Westchester. And you will notice the difference in your first week of lessons.

Some men may feel more comfortable working out with another man. We understand, but you also have the option of rotating between male and female personal trainers too.  Not sure which personal trainer to choose?  No problem, it happens all of the time. Just contact us and let us know:

Meet a HomeBodies
Personal Trainer, Jill

Jill has been a fitness professional for over fifteen years. Jill has worked with a wide variety including senior citizens, pregnant women and persons requiring post rehabilitation or improvement with muscle imbalances. 

Jill has been creative in devising customized workouts based on the client's specific needs and fitness goals.  Her programs consist of traditional and functional training methods.

Jill also holds certifications from NSCA and NASM.   Jill enjoys yoga and incorporates aspects of these lessons in her workouts.
